This app does not store/collect/send/manage any personal data of any kind. All materials created with this app are solely yours (the user).

The Camera permission is required to capture photos and videos with timestamp overlays directly within the app. This app processes all camera data locally on your device and does not transmit any camera data to external servers.

The Photo Library permission is required to allow you (the user) to select existing photos from your device for adding timestamp overlays, and to save timestamped photos back to your Camera Roll. This app does not upload, collect, or share your photos with any third party.

The Location permission is required by the GPS Location Stamp feature within this app. This feature allows you (the user) to add GPS coordinates, city name, and address information as a visible stamp on your photos. The location data is used only to generate the on-screen stamp and to store into the EXIF tag of the photos the location where these were taken. This app does not store/collect/send/manage this data to any external server.

When manually requested by you (the user), this app sends the selected media by you (the user) from the device to a desired destination also selected by you (the user), such as email, social media, a different app, or other targets selected by you (the user). Under this operation this app also does not store/collect/send/manage any personal data of any kind.

This app may use third-party services for analytics and advertising purposes. These services may collect anonymous usage data such as app launch frequency, feature usage patterns, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared through these services.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store infrastructure. This app does not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.

This app does not collect any data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
